 Tyler has also designed and taught university courses, published a podcast with 50+ episodes, and written three books on how to develop emotional intelligence at work and beyond (coming soon: Highly Promotable).

Tyler’s favorite work activity is collaborating to create more effective learning strategies for the achievement of organizational outcomes.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with my family and friends in the mountains of Utah.
