I am passionate about unleashing the deep potential within every person or organization and helping others take transformational steps. I have been deeply involved in leadership development for more than ten years, and am extremely experienced and skilled in public speaking, having taught or spoken in all sorts of environments and formats to groups of all sizes from less than 10 to over 4000. I have certification as a “Brain-Based Coach” through NeuroLeadership Institute and am pursuing certification in coaching through the International Coaching Federation. I am obsessed with learning about modern brain-science, especially regarding the ways we learn and change.
